create an xml for this diagram with the following parameters: the entities named with
a '%' as the first character are to be called 'insertion points' the entities that have
names like 'AA100-do-something' are Cobol paragraph names. Each diagram is for one (or several)
of the standard set of nine generated 'Function Codes' the diagram created should include hot
links to an appropriate url, including #anchor, to get a
detailed explanation for the insertion point or paragraph, the xml produced should be stored
with the same basename as the graphic plus the xml extension. if the output file name preexists,
read it and look for any useful information that might be lost when the file is replaced with
a newer one, extract any such info and add it in an appropriate location in the new xml file
which is to be displayed for me to copy and paste as a replacement for the entire content of
the existing file. file names are case sensitive. many logic blocks will be for one or more
insertion-points and one or more paragraphs; thus, the may be a url#anchor for each. be aware
that the xml should be optimized for:
1. generating a new grahic diagram for a human, including links to the MAGEC documentation
2. ai consumption
3. ai generation of a narrative exlanation that might be 'read' aloud .
here is the diagram...
